Creating a consistent employee engagement experience across nine Caribbean markets required a partnership strategy that could deliver meaningful value while adapting to the unique business environments of each destination.
The challenge was to identify the right partners, create mutually beneficial opportunities and coordinate sponsorship execution across multiple markets while maintaining a unified regional campaign experience.
My Approach
I designed the sponsorship framework, including partner opportunities and activation benefits, then led outreach and negotiations with existing business partners and new corporate prospects across all operating countries.
Working alongside country teams and internal stakeholders, I managed partnership relationships from initial engagement through execution, ensuring sponsor commitments aligned with campaign objectives and enhanced the overall team member experience.
